Flexible Business Loan
This loan offers flexibility tailored to the cash flow circumstances of the target group, addressing working capital needs or investments.Target Group: Includes existing credit customers with one year history and arrears of less than 30 days, or operational customers at BKT for at least two years, with a yearly turnover not less than 25,000,000 ALL.
General Conditions:
- Loan Maturity:
Up to 8 years for the investment loans
Up to 3 years for the inventory/working capital loans. - Loan repayment: Monthly Installments.
- Maximum loan amount: Up to 250,000 Euro/equivalent in other currencies.
- Collateral: The guarantee used is the real estate mortgage.
