  • BKT will never ask for you to provide personal, sensitive and confidential data through e-mail, sms or phone.
  • Do not never access links which may be sent to you via e-mail asking you to refresh your data.
  • Do not access your online account via links that may be sent to you via e-mail or sms.
  • Do not open e-mails without first checking the identity of the sender and the subject. If you are suspicious of the sender, immediately delete the message and do not open any attachments that the e-mail might contain.
