BKT rewards its loyal customers.
Banka Kombëtare Tregtare offers various promotional activities, where every customer may automatically become part of one of them, provided that the defined conditions are met.
To win, customers must participate in the promotional activities by using BKT’s banking products and services. Each eligible client is assigned an electronic ticket, which participates in the relevant draw.
Promotional Activities Authorization
The promotional game organized by Banka Kombëtare Tregtare aims to encourage the use of banking services offered to its customers and is conducted in accordance with the applicable legislation.
The promotional game is authorized by the Ministry of Finance, under authorization protocol number 2405/1, dated 4 December 2025.
Promotional Activities are organized in the form of a number draw, where the winning ticket number is selected randomly, based on predefined criteria for each prize. Each transaction or customer that meets the prize criteria generates a number, which serves as a participation ticket in the draw.
All valid tickets are collected on a calendar basis specified for each prize, from which winners are selected according to the listed prizes.
