BKT rewards its loyal Customers
Banka Kombëtare Tregtare invites you to take part in the Promotional Activities 2026, a series of prize draws designed to encourage the use of BKT’s individual banking products and digital services.

All customers who meet the eligibility criteria for each prize category are automatically included in the draws. Each eligible client is assigned an electronic ticket, which participates in the relevant draw.

Authorization of Promotional Activities

The Promotional Activities are authorized by the Ministry of Finance, with authorization Protocol No. 2405/1, dated 4 December 2025.

Promotional Activities Format

The Promotional Activities are organized in the form of a lottery, where:

each eligible customer generates one ticket number;
tickets are collected according to the defined calendar for each prize;
winners are selected randomly, through a transparent and documented drawing process.

Promotional Activities Duration

1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026

The final draw for the October–December 2026 period will take place on 11 January 2027.

Promotional Activities and Prizes

During 2026, a total of 16 winners will be selected across the following categories:

Laptop – 4 winners

For individuals who:

have registered as BKT customers digitally via BKT Smart during the last 3 months;
have performed at least one transaction with a minimum value of ALL 1,000 during the same period.

Draw dates:

14 April 2026 | 13 July 2026 | 12 October 2026 | 11 January 2027

Tablet – 4 winners

For customers who:

are new users of the BKT Smart application during the last 3 months.

Draw dates:

14 April 2026 | 13 July 2026 | 12 October 2026 | 11 January 2027

Winners of this prize are excluded from subsequent draws for the same prize during the promotional year.

Apple iPhone 16 (512GB) – 4 winners

For customers who:

have performed financial transactions with a minimum value of ALL 1,000 in BKT Smart during the last 3 months;
foreign exchange transactions and automatic payments of contracts registered outside the defined period are excluded.

Winners of this prize are excluded from subsequent draws for the same prize during the promotional year.

“Bonus for You” – 4 winners

For customers who:

have performed cardless ATM transactions during the last 3 months.

Winners of this prize are excluded from subsequent draws for the same prize during the promotional year.

Winner Selection Mechanism

Each eligible customer is assigned a serial number, which serves as a lottery ticket.
Winners are selected randomly through a draw using numbered globes.
The draw is conducted by a dedicated BKT commission, ensuring full transparency.

Winner Notification and Prize Collection

Winners are contacted via BKT Contact Center: +355 4 22 66 288.
Physical prizes may be collected at BKT Head Office or at BKT branch.
Cash bonuses are credited directly to the customer’s current or savings account.
Prize collection deadline: within 3 months of the announcement date.
Failure to collect the prize within this period results in forfeiture of the prize.

The list of winners will be published on BKT’s official website according to the following schedule:

Income Tax

All prizes awarded through the Promotional Activities are subject to withholding income tax, in accordance with applicable legislation.

General Terms and Conditions

BKT reserves the exclusive right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotional Activities in cases of force majeure.
BKT employees are excluded from participation.
