Advertisement of vacancy positions

Vacancies will be advertised in the bank’s Internet site, other web sites, in the local and national media.

Selection of the candidates

All received applications are collected in the human resources department and must be registered in the human resource data base. Those applicants who fulfill the standards of the work place explained in the related job description will be selected for an interview and/or examination and afterwards will be contacted by a Recruiting Specialist.

Pre-employment Test

BKT organizes tests only for job vacancies as Teller, Asst. Specialist Banking Operations and Asst. Specialist Banking Business candidates without banking experience or less than one year banking experience. Candidates reaching a previously defined score in the test will be invited for an interview.


Interviews will be carried out objectively with the Interview Committee and individuals judged on merit and their ability to do the job.

Internal Recruitment

BKT employees have the right to apply for job vacancies based on the politics and procedures of the bank. Human Resources Department and related managers make the proper proposals for the current employees to be promoted based on their performance.
